A dementia specialist home, with a purpose built floor, we offer amazing care in an excellent location, a short drive from the M6 and central Wigan Norley Hall is surrounded by friendly faces.
Residential Care
Residents at Norley Hall choose how they want to spend their time, pursuing a wide range of interests and hobbies – from gardening and flower arranging to movie nights and baking. Guests are free to furnish their luxury en-suite bedroom however they like, with personal belongings – cushions, art or ornaments – providing that true homely feeling.
Dementia Care
With the right surroundings and a tailored daily routine, people with dementia can get the quality of life that they truly deserve. Time, energy, understanding, reassurance and respect are all essential elements of dementia care. But, ultimately, it takes much more to understand each person’s needs and work with them to give them that safe and healthy lifestyle.
Respite Care
At Norley Hall, we provide a luxury hotel-like experience, catering for residents’ every need. Respite guests benefit from a wide range of activities in our homes; we want to ensure our guests live well, pursuing any interests or hobbies they may have – or want to take up.

With a thriving coffee shop, in-house amenities, a salon and a bar that doubles up as a cinema room our home provides residents with the stimulation they need. Activity Coordinators, Music and Occupational Therapists provide outstanding services daily giving everyone something to look forward to.

I’m responsible for the smooth running of the care home and setting high standards of care. I love what I do, I’ve been in this profession for over 30 years, and I like Millennium as they encourage personal development and I feel very supported.
