We recently met up with Joyce Clutton, the visionary designer behind our home Langtree. Along with Site & Contracts Manager Paul Durian, Joyce walked the site and discussed what inspired her choices for the warm and inviting spaces around the home.
From the textures, colours and thoughtful details, everything is designed for a multi-sensory experience.
Joyce isn't just an interior designer, she's an architect of joy well-being. Working hand-in-hand with Stirling University, she's ensuring every corner empowers residents to maintain their independence, allowing for a sense of dignity and freedom. Heritage and nature will weave vibrant patterns throughout the space, infusing it with character and far from an institutional feel.
The concepts have been inspired from the Lake District, a place where many hold memories of walks and holidays with loved ones. Inspiration has been gathered from the Wainwrights, Wordsworth and Beatrix Potter bringing in nature and calm to the environment.
Interactive kitchens on each floor will become vibrant hubs of community, each space with its own unique personality.
Keep an eye out for our latest Podcast where we dive into more details with Joyce next week!
