Millennium Care is raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support by walking up Snowdon on Friday 27th May.
Scaling Wales’ highest mountain, the team is fundraising to show support for a team member who is currently receiving treatment for cancer and has really benefited from Macmillan’s support.
Everyone across the group understands and appreciates the fantastic work Macmillan does on a day-to-day basis.
