New Group Regional Manager at Millennium Care
Millennium Care has promoted Stacey Astin, the current Registered Manager at Lavender Hills Care Home, to Group Regional Manager who will become part of the senior leadership team.
This is recognition of her passion, commitment and drive as well as her focus on the wellbeing and holistic approaches to care for residents at Millennium Care and is subsequent to a highly successful time of managing Lavender Hills.
The new role will ensure Stacey’s skills remain within the Group and during a period of transition she will continue to be present as the current Deputy Manager, Kala Morton, acclimatises to her new role as Lavender’s Registered Manager.
In a new position, Stacey’s focus as the Group’s Regional Manager will be to provide inspirational leadership to homes within the group and to build and enhance the group’s current CQC Key Line of Enquiry Ratings of Outstanding and Good.
