"Since becoming a resident at Worthington Lake Care Home my father’s health and general demeanour have improved dramatically. This is purely down to the care and attention he receives there, from the quality staff members across all the disciplines. He compares it to a 5-star hotel, and I couldn’t agree more."

"After viewing several care homes, there simply was no second choice other than Worthington Lake Care Home. Amazing staff, smart welcoming hotel style living. Open plan kitchen areas, balcony, and gardens etc.However, the thing that has continued to amaze us and make us feel so happy that there was a place for mum is the number of daily interactions and trips out etc that are arranged by Worthington Lake Care Home. I particularly love the “Make My Day” and the fact that activities are tailored to everyone."

"Worthington Lakes is a beautiful care home, well designed with a modern, clean and spacious layout, the rooms are large and provide everything Mum needs. The staff are so helpful, knowledgeable and caring, it is very reassuring knowing that Mum is so well looked after. Mum has not looked so well for years, she loves the position of her room as she can see everyone coming and going, and most importantly feels safe and secure - thank you everyone at Worthington Lake Care Home."

"My partner has joined the residents after suffering a stroke in November 2021. Despite a good recovery at the age of almost 89 he can be unsteady and had lost confidence and has become isolated through not leaving the house.Since joining the Lakeside community he has been encouraged to be as independent as possible, made new friends and even been out and about to places like the local library again."

"I cannot praise the staff at Windsor House enough for the care and compassion they showed towards my mum during her respite period of care. The staff went over and above to ensure she was cared for, including when she, unfortunately, became unwell. One staff member even did a 24-hour shift to ensure Mum was safe until she could be transferred to the hospital. The staff worked as a team to provide excellent care for their residents. Myself and family will be forever grateful to Windsor House for the kindness shown at a very difficult time."

"My lovely Nan has been a resident at Norley Hall Care Home for some years now and as a close family, we all felt a huge guilt cloud upon us as we were no longer able to look after her ourselves, I'm sure most families can relate to this.
