"A care home of this nature, which provides ongoing care that accounts for an individual’s changing physical and mental health needs, is rare. As a family, we have experienced the distress of moving a much-loved person from one home to another when their needs could no longer be met in the original home.In such an environment, a person can feel safe and supported, enabling them to maintain their dignity and as much independence as possible. "Worthington Lakes is a beautiful care home, well designed with a modern, clean and spacious layout, the rooms are large and provide everything Mum needs. The staff are so helpful, knowledgeable and caring, it is very reassuring knowing that Mum is so well looked after. Mum has not looked so well for years, she loves the position of her room as she can see everyone coming and going, and most importantly feels safe and secure - thank you everyone at Worthington Lake Care Home."

"After viewing several care homes, there simply was no second choice other than Worthington Lake Care Home. Amazing staff, smart welcoming hotel style living. Open plan kitchen areas, balcony, and gardens etc.However, the thing that has continued to amaze us and make us feel so happy that there was a place for mum is the number of daily interactions and trips out etc that are arranged by Worthington Lake Care Home. I particularly love the “Make My Day” and the fact that activities are tailored to everyone."

"I cannot praise the staff at Windsor House enough for the care and compassion they showed towards my mum during her respite period of care. The staff went over and above to ensure she was cared for, including when she, unfortunately, became unwell. One staff member even did a 24-hour shift to ensure Mum was safe until she could be transferred to the hospital. The staff worked as a team to provide excellent care for their residents. Myself and family will be forever grateful to Windsor House for the kindness shown at a very difficult time."

"Mum has been a resident at Norley Hall for almost 12 years, which is an amazing achievement in itself. Even though she has inevitably deteriorated over time, we have always felt that mum has received the best care possible and that all the staff treat her with the dignity and respect she deserves. We've always felt very welcome in the home and have had honest, straightforward answers to any questions we may have had. We can honestly say that we have never left the home worried after any of our visits."
