"My lovely Nan has been a resident at Norley Hall Care Home for some years now and as a close family, we all felt a huge guilt cloud upon us as we were no longer able to look after her ourselves, I'm sure most families can relate to this. The staff and management have over the years become like our second family. They've been nothing but brilliant with my Nan, nothing's been too much trouble for them and we know she's in safe hands, which is a massive comfort to us. "Mum has been a resident at Norley Hall for almost 12 years, which is an amazing achievement in itself. Even though she has inevitably deteriorated over time, we have always felt that mum has received the best care possible and that all the staff treat her with the dignity and respect she deserves. We've always felt very welcome in the home and have had honest, straightforward answers to any questions we may have had. We can honestly say that we have never left the home worried after any of our visits."
